Green Party of California

GPCA Coordinating Committee

The Coordinating Committee is a 20-member body made up of elected representatives from 11 different regions across the state. Its purpose is to implement party policies adopted by the GPCA General Assembly, conduct party business between the state party plenaries, and to oversee the other standing committees and working groups of the state party in order to fulfill its charges. In addition, the CC is empowered to create temporary "ad-hoc" committees as it deems needed to fulfill its responsibilities. The members of the CC serve for staggered two-year terms. Two of those representatives are elected by the CC to serve as co-coordinators for the group.

This page is used to provide CC information to Green Party locals and allow the locals and interested Greens to contact the CC directly.
