Conor Dixon joined the Green Party in 2004 after years of voting Green. Conor graduated as an Electronic Engineer from Trinity College Dublin and earns his living as a web developer, working on sites such as www.hybridcars.com and www.ethicalshoping.com (coming soon). Conor was volunteer coordinator for Aimee Allison's (Green Party) Oakland District 2 race in June 2006. Conor has also helped build many websites (nonpaid)
such as www.ncalcofc.org and www.feedback.org.za and occasionally does some admin for www.acgreens.org (Alameda County Greens).

Conor joined the Greens as a result of his outrage at the Iraq war, and the whole neocon agenda, and the conspicuous acquiescence of the Democratic Party. Conor is very interested in seeing that the Green Party gets better organized all the way from local to national level, and soon.
