Founding member of the San Francisco WestSide Greens.

2) Please list any prior or current positions, related experience, and/or personal and professional skills outside of the Green Party that you have, that apply to this position.

· Co-author in 2003 of San Francisco's minimum wage initiative, improving wages for 54,000 people.
· Co-chair, S.F. Living Wage Coalition (1999 and 2000). Passed legislation that increased wages and provided health care for 20,000 workers.
· Past president of one of the largest neighborhood merchant associations in San Francisco.
· Chair of the board of a non-profit housing corporation which provides low income housing in S.F.
· Former co-chair, S.F. Local Homeless Coordinating Board.
· Member, California Universal Health Care Organizing Project

3) Please describe your vision for serving as GPUS Delegate including addressing the job description for GPUS Delegate.

It is very important to me to represent the wishes of the membership of an organization. As a delegate, my primary responsibility is to communicate what is going on at the national level to the local level. I serve also to bring issues from the local to the national. I am working to change our national priorities and reduce Pentagon spending. NotMyPriorities.org
