I have been a member of the Green Party for ten years and an active member of the Sonoma County (GPSC), County Council since 2003. I serve as GPSC Treasurer and am a member of the GPSC IT/Public Communication Working Groups and am the web designer for our website. At the State Party Level, I’ve been an Alternate Regional Representative to the State Coordinating Committee (CC) February 2005 to February 2007 for the North Bay Region and have served at the Regional Rep from the North Bay Region from June 2008 through March 2009. I’ve served as the male co-co alt to the GPCA CC. I have been the Co-coordinator for the State ByLaws Committee, a member of the Information Technology Working Group and am currently the Co-coordinator of the Election Reform Working Group. I have also been a Delegate to the 2004 Presidential Nomination Convention and a Delegate again to the 2008 Green Party Nomination Convention.

I’m running for the position of alternate to the GPUS. I have no grand expectations about trying to instantly change the GPUS and am more interested in working to move the party forward as well as to work to solve problems as they occur.
