This email serves as my notice of availability to serve as a GPCA GPUS
Delegate for a second two year term.

My specific interests for Delegation activities during the next two years
would include continuing with the informal states contacts group that has begun
development from the 2009 McKinney/Clemente campaign, helping develop GPCA
Bylaws updates that more accurately reflect Delegation standing in the GPCA and
the GPCA's GPUS affiliation; review and development of revised Presidential
Nominating Convention delegates selection procedures and policies; Developing
policies and procedures to clarify ballot access for the GPCA Presidential
Primary Election ballot; possibly continuing as observer to the CCC; and
possibly becoming a member of the GPUS Presidential Candidates Support Committee.

working on proposals re endorsement procedures (2003) and GPUS nominating
convention delegates (2003-2004)

2001-2008 Participation in Electoral Reform Working Group (Elections Code
subcommittee; Redistricting issues; Development of Presidential nominating
convention delegates selection procedures)
