1) Please list any prior or current positions, related experience, and/or personal and professional skills within of the Green Party that you have, that apply to this position.

I have been registered Green since 1996. I joined the Green Party because I was and remainexcited by the concept of a third party that seems to have such a strong effect in other parts of the world and the possiblity of doing the same here. I believe its really important to keep pushing to topple the two ivory towers of the Democrats and Republicans that seem so interchangeable. The Green Party has so many new, fresh and intelligent ideas that people need to be aware of. We give young people hope that rather than the status quo, the future can be different and that we can be part of an exciting global political movement for change.

I voted for Lisa Green for State Assembly in Venice in the last election and back in 1996 volunteered on Mike Feinstein's successful city council campaign in Santa Monica.

Some of the issues that inspire me are living wages and revitalizing the union movement. Iam an actress and strongly believe in public funding of the arts. Of course I am deeply concerned about climate change. I am also interested in localizing composting and promoting community gardens to encourage more community-based self-reliance.

2) Please list any prior or current positions, related experience, and/or personal and professional skills outside of the Green Party that you have, that apply to this position.

I grew up in a political family. My step father was a Minnesota State Senator for 16 years for the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor party. Thinking politically has become second nature for me, even though my profession is in the arts.

3) Please describe your vision for serving as GPUS Delegate including addressing the job description for GPUS Delegate.

I want to continue to ensure that our state party is well represented at the national level.
