Reforming The Prison System
Goals
A sad fact of life is that we need prisons. However, the prison system in CA has become a budget-crippling monster well beyond its intended purpose; a political football and a sacred cash cow.
The goal of this project is to point out the flaws in the current system, to publish details of Green Party's solutions to these problem, and to provide a knowledge base to back those proposals.
