 Agenda Packet Download Instructions

The agenda packets are in PDF format and you will need a PDF reader to view them. There are many free PDF Readers available. The largest and most elaborate is the Adobe Reader (25 Mb). The smallest, most basic reader is an older version of Foxit PDF Reader (2 Mb) that is still available. Otherwise, search the web and you'll find many PDF readers to choose from.

You must also have the common password to access the Proposal Agenda Packet. Contact your county council for this information.

To download these files:

• right-click on the links below and choose "Save link as..." or
  "Save target as...;"
• enter the common user name and password (proposal packet only), then;
• select the directory on your computer where you want to store the file.

This process may not work on some of the less common browsers. With them, you can left-click the link to open the file online, then save a copy to your computer.

The Proposal Packet contains the schedule, proposals and delgate allocation:

The Logistics Packet contains registration, transportation, housing and other logistical information.

The County Polling Reports contains analysis of ballot measures for the Nov. election that are currently subject to GPCA county polling.
