9) Decision: January Coordinating Committee retreat

Proposal (Feinstein): That the Coordinating Committee poll the three incoming Coordinating Committee members who will be elected in uncontested races in November and bring back the item for a decision on dates in November.


10) Discussion: Health Exception for Coordinating Committee attendance

Everette and Feinstein reported on rare health issues affecting a particular Coordinating Committee, that after not attending this meeting, would lose their Coordinating Committee seat through non-attendance. The general sentiment of the Committee was that a possible health exception could be proposed by the Coordinating Committee at its next teleconference as a bylaws interpretation.


11) Discussion: GPCA impostor instagram web site

Feinstein reported that the owner of the impostor instagram web site identified himself at the recent GPLAC County Council meeting, and agreed to change the name and URL so that it doesn't imply that the site represents 


12) Discussion: Review Status of Committee and Working Group Liaisons

This item was combined with committee reports. Reports were heard from committees and working groups, and potential liaisons discussed for those committee and working groups that do not have them.


13) Report: Treasurer 

Barnett reported on initial returns from a recent fundraising mailer and gave an overview of the party's finances
