The General Assembly is the primary decision-making body of the Green Party of California and consists of delegates from each active county organization.

The November General Assembly included presentations from Greens seeking the GPCA endorsement for statewide office in the June 2014 primary election, as well as discussion of 2014 election strategy. The draft minutes will be posted here upon approval.

There was also a Saturday night program open to the public featuring candidates, food, refreshments and local music.
