Bylaws Interpretation Extending the Application Period and Shortening the Discussion Period for Coordinating Committee and GPUS Delegation elections

Proposal: That for the June 2016 elections for Coordinating Committee and GPUS Delegation, the discussion period shall be from 05/25/2015 - 06/21/2015 and voting from 06/22/2015 - 06/28/2015, and the application period for Coordinating Committee and GPUS Delegation elections will be extended from April 25 until May 18.
