Proposal: That based upon content from handout #1 and #2, a group of three moderators will moderate the gpca-votes@cagreens.org email list, if any SGA member has a concern that the email list criteria is not being followed, then the moderators will issue a warning, and if the beahvior continues beyond three warmings, and then that person is going to be put on moderation; and that the warning and enforcement process wll be based upon the process recommended by the GPCA's GPUS Delegation to the GPUS for its own list moderation use.

That the CC conduct a doodle poll via the GPCA inform list and that the CC will decide among the dates, based upon the feedback from the Ventura County party and the doodle poll.
