Proposal: That the Coordinating Committee approve the following schedule, which contemplates monthly meetings on the first Monday of every month, except in July because the meeting would otherwise fall on July 4; in September recognizing Labor Day weekend and in June and November, allowing for campaign activity the day before the statewide primary and general elections: January 4, February 1, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 3, November 14, December 5

3) Decision: Authorization to amend past minutes
Proposal: That Mike Feinstein is authorized to amend draft minutes from 2012 through 2015 to reflect when Coordinating Committee members lost their seats under GPCA Bylaws 8-2.2 (http://www.cagreens.org/bylaws/2013-06-23#Section_8-2_Membership) "If a Coordinating Committee member misses three consecutive regular monthly meetings, the individual shall lose their seat and a vacancy shall occur", and to report these changes to the Coordinating Committee with the links to the specific changes that were made.
Amendment (Daniel): That the past minutes be updated in a manner that indicates that this was a post-facto addition to the minutes and not part of the original minutes

Barnett provided an oral report on the party's finances
5) Report: GPCA Liaison to Secretary of State's Report (Laiti)
Laiti provided an oral report on his work receiving communications from the Secretary of State regarding the Green Party statement in the 2016 June voter guide and regarding whether the GPCA will be allowing non-Greens to vote in the 2016 Green presidential primary (it will not): and then a disucssion occured on how to improve the process next time regarding receiving and handling applications to be recommened by the GPCA to the California Secretary of State to appear on the GPCA presidential primary ballot.
6) Discussion: Coordinating Committee FY2016-2017 Work Plan and Budget Proposals
Attendees reviewed and updated a draft to be presented to the February 1 Coordinating Committee teleconference.
7) Discussion: GPCA Two Year Strategic Plan to be presented by Coordinating Committee to May 2016 General Assembly

8) Discussion: GPCA ballot statement for June 2016 voter guide
Attendees discussed a timeline that would allow for a Coordinating Committee on-line vote to conclude before the February 18 deadline to submit the party's statement
9) Discussion: Funding Approach for General Assemblies and Gatherings/Review Nancy Broyles General Assembly Hardship Travel Subsidy policy
