Proposal (Laidman) Add “to host next GA” to #9 to read "Laidman reported on efforts made by the Green Party of Monterrey County to host next GA in January or early February 2015 in Monterrey County"' and add his outstanding concerns on #11 - "(1) We should be able to vote on the appointment in the meeting as it was within his presentation of volunteers and that (2) it should not require an on-line vote. Stated, he does not feel due process was followed.

No decision made because of insufficient information from host county.

7) Discussion: Report on Status of AB 2351 (Feinstein, Shantz, Zitola)

Shantz reported that he had no new information and that Feinstein and/or Zitola would have more updated information.
 

8) Discussion: Report on Status of GPCA amicus brief in Rubin v. Bowen (Feinstein)

9) Discussion: Report on Status of County Council membership 2014-2016 (Everette, Feinstein)
 
Everette reported many County Councils did not send the names of their members within the 30 days requested.
 

10) Discussion: No applicants for the Coordinating Committee vacancies

Discussion was held.

Note: The call was plagued with people unable to get on the line for long periods, dropped calls and eventually all participants were dropped.
